Intro
Basecamp is a project management app. Everything is centralized and accessible to the whole project team. Almost everything you would normally put in email should be done in Basecamp.
Take 10 minutes, and read through the Basecamp Guides if you haven’t used it before.
These are my guidelines for contributing to a Basecamp project efficiently. I use some features strictly, and others not at all. This workflow is designed to keep everyone engaged, help us make decisions, and remember why later on.
